Dear All,
the minutes of our last AP-meeting have been uploaded and placed at
the usual place:

Our next meeting will be on 8 Jan 2021 (not 1 Jan 2021 as originally in
the HESS-calendar, for obvious reasons ... ;-) ), 11am CET.
Please also be reminded that the AP-OC meeting is planed for 13 Jan
2021. Those who are unable to participate there, please feel free to
assign a representative for you for this meeting.
I also would like to take the opportunity to remind you that the
conference table at the Speaker's Bureau confluence page shall not be
used any more (I'll leave a note there today), and to keep the
conferences table on the AP confluence page up to date. Please check out
also any abstracts for proposed conference contributions there: Your
voice for approving them is important.
