Dear Anitia, All, I hope you had a very useful call. Please accept my apologies, unfortunately we have a lengthy departmental management meeting, I would much prefer to be planning science discussions inatead! I have a couple of updates. i) Dorit is not attending but she will be able to give the M87 talk remotely ii) Michael Zacahrias is confirmed for a jets / monitoring talk iii) Laura is confirmed for SS433 As possibly expected once the schedule starts to appear on the Confluence, I have had a couple of requests for talks. Did you have any discussions about this possibility? I would rather check round with the convenors in case a policy has developed, rather than saying “yes” or “no” straight away. Do we have any spare time, anyway? Lastly, please again excuse me for being a bit over-stretched and not 100% up to date; Anita are you still planning to have a couple of slides representing each Astrophysics WG, and when are these needed?
