Hi Armelle,
I think the talk from Heiko on B1706 should be in the stellar session,
but don't have a strong opinion. As far as I know the main aim of the
task is a scientific analysis of the gamma-ray emission.
I could give a report but could also just give an introduction to the
Stellar WG session. Depends on how we want to structure the meeting.
There will be a few more Stellar Sources WG contributions added to the
requests over the next few days.

I tried to take into account all requests when people specified when there were present
or not. In case I missed some request, please let me know if you spot anything
incompatible between the speakers in your working groups and the preliminary time slot.
Lots of contributions on the confluence table don't have a request on the duration -
if no duration is specified I assumed 20 minutes but it would be helpful if you could
specify soon the duration needed by the speakers in your group.
In the report session, only Alicja asked for a MWL Board report. Is there any other
report from other working group ? I also need the duration needed please.
One more question : do you have an opinion on the session where I should put the
contributions labelled AGN/transient and Stellar/IT ?

Dear all,
I would like to start to set up a preliminary agenda soon - just placing the different
block sessions to start with.
Can you please let me know
1 - if you as working group convener you have some constraint, e.g. if you cannot attend
the meeting some days or half days (I already noted Matteo for the AGN session and Mathieu
for the IT session)
2 - an estimation of the time needed for your session.
3 - any other specific request :-)
