ready fro submission around ICRC meeting
* Some contributions seem not to meet this criterion
* All WG conveners check readiness of proposed ICRC contributions within their WGs
* A new column is added "Approved by WG" to contribution table. Only
those that are approved can be presented. See ICRC 2023 and other conferences in
July/August
