Re: [Hess-ap] Legacy Program: next steps

Dear All,    during today's EC-meeting we discussed briefly the next steps towards the Legacy Program:  - Please upload any still missing information (e.g., general proposals, etc) onto the Legacy Program confluence page by 19 Oct 2021 (23:59), i.e., in about ~2 weeks time. - We will call in a joint EC-AP meeting for Friday, 22 Oct, sometime in the afternoon (exact time to be determined through a poll; hope this works for everybody) to discuss the Legacy proposals. - In a subsequent step the OC and eventually the entire collaboration will be informed about the Legacy proposals. This timing should provide the opportunity to discuss the Legacy Program at the upcoming collaboration meeting with broad participation by all HESS-members (the entire collaboration is part of the Legacy Program!).
