The suggestion to implement a multi-year legacy program will be discussed in the CB this afternoon. In case the legacy program will be accepted, we should move towards the specific proposal rather soon. In case it would not get accepted, our discussion on legacy ideas would be a guideline for the preparations of proposals in the traditional manner, but we might bring the new call for proposals forward by a few months (about the time of the next meeting). In either case, you are asked to give a statement in the session tomorrow afternoon about which OBSERVATIONS you consider to be of interest for a legacy proposal (this is not about science projects with archival or 2020 data). Please stay within 9 minutes to allow for general questions.
