[Hess-ap] 2nd semester collaboration meeting 2021

Dear all, the majority of hess-group leaders voted in favor of organising the 2nd semester 2021 HESS collaboration meeting as a virtual event during the two calendar weeks starting November 1, 2021. There will be a few conflicts during these two weeks and we should aim to organize the meeting in such a way that the conflicts are reduced to a minimum. I will inform the collaboration with separate mail, but ask you to consider with your various groups - how much time would be desired by your groups. - whether there are any suggestions for extraordinary events and, iterate these within the departments.
