[Hess-ap] Joint AP convener/OC session in preparation of HESS proposal evaluation

Dear AP conveners, dear OC colleagues, as we have agreed, we will have an exchange of information between AP conveners and OC members after proposal submission and before evaluation by the OC. Besides E-Mails (or a secured confluence page), a common telecon between the two groups will be organized. To optimize attendance, Anita and I would like to freeze the date for the telecon (that can only happen in the week of January 11-15, 2021) already in the next days.
