[Hess-ap] HESS AP action points 9/12/2022

Dear All, Thank you for a this nice meeting, and for your presence. Indeed good to see you all there. I promised some action points, so here they are: * - Contact SVOM to express to interest in MoU and follow up by Spring (Stefan,Fabian,Matteo) * - Legacy proposals: as not all proposals were discussed in WGs: discuss all legacy proposals in next WG meeting, and make internal ranking (chairs of WGs with proposals) * - Check proceedings page and update: https://hess-confluence.desy.de/confluence/display/HESS/Gamma+2022+and+summ… (all WG chairs) * - Issues with Starburst/Seyferts project and leave of key person (LeFranc): schedule a WT now!
