Dear All,    this is to provide you with some bits and pieces of news on various points: - The *minutes* from our previous vibe-meeting are now online: https://hess-confluence.desy.de/confluence/display/HESS/Meetings+of+the+Ast…    Please let me know if there is anything important missing. - As discussed during the last vibe-meeting we're aiming for a*F2F-meeting *of all HESS-ap conveners to take place back-to-back to the (yearly) OC-meeting at Landessternwarte Heidelberg. The dates for this meeting are not yet fixed, the aim is around mid to end February 2020. I'll keep you posted on the dates, etc. - *Confluence pages:* Heike kindly put together some instructions of how to deal with incorporating the old confluence pages into the new structure. Whether confluence pages are moved or copied can be decided on a case by case basis, and should be decided by the corresponding WG conveners and/or task leads. Heike advises to move (rather than to copy) the old confluence page.  The How-To-Do instructions including some more details from Heike are attached to this email. When moving confluence pages, may I ask you to consider to * check all confluence pages concerning updates, outdated or redundant content, etc. and modify accordingly * follow the "Confluence Rules" https://hess-confluence.desy.de/confluence/display/HESS/Confluence+Introduc… * use a sensible confluence page naming scheme If you encounter any problems, please contact Heike ( heike.prokoph(at)desy.de ) for support. - *MWL board*:  We need to move forward with setting up the MWL board. As discussed earlier all the seven AWG conveners, Stefan W. and myself shall be members of the MWL board. This board shall be enlarged by further HESS-members as needed (to be discussed at the constituting or later MWL board meetings). We plan the formal constitution of the MWL board to take place early next year (possibly as part of a HESS-ap meeting). I will set up a corresponding confluence page for the MWL board, that then further needs to be maintained by the chair (to be discussed) of the MWL board. - Given that the planned F2F-meeting unlikely takes place before February I'd like to call for the *next HESS-ap vibe-meeting* sometime mid to end of January 2020. Finally, let me take the opportunity to thank you all for your supporting and committing help in the restructuring phase of HESS. Quite some work is still ahead of us, but I am confident that a "steady-state phase" is in reach, hopefully in the early parts of next year.
