Dear Armelle, dear Francois,
thanks a lot for the initiative and coming directly forward with suggestions! I think it’s
a very good idea to fix the schedule early in time so everybody can prepare accordingly.
Your deadlines seem conservative, which is a good thing as we all know that people tend to
postpone to the last moment. I have one question regarding the time between WT and
circulation to the collaboration, which is currently 1 month: I understand correctly that
at the WT the final results should already be presented, right? So that would give the
people a full month to prepare the contribution, once everything is supposed to be fixed?
Has the deadline for the conference material to be submitted to the ICRC always been that
early (sorry, I can’t remember from last years)?
All the best, Kathrin

Dear all,
François and I started to think about the ICRC and we are proposing some internal
deadlines to help with the review process within HESS.
This is the confluence page dedicated to the ICRC (as well as the other summer
conferences) :

Please have a look at the time schedule - in black are the deadline set by the ICRC
organisation committee, and in red the HESS deadlines - and let us know as soon as
possible (if possible by the end of the week) if it seems reasonable to you or if you have
any comment or suggestion.
Thank you very much, and we wish you all the best for this new year.
Armelle & François
