Re: [Hess-ap] Tele Collaboration Meeting AP Program

Dear All,   hope you're all doing (reasonably) well. As indicated already last week we should have a vibe meeting sometime next week to (mainly) prepare setting up the tele collaboration meeting AP Program. Please indicate your availability for this vibe meeting at: https://framadate.uibk.ac.at/studs.php?sondage=vh9ssx7ld8z32ujg by 22 March at the latest. The agenda for this vibe meeting can be found at: https://hess-confluence.desy.de/confluence/display/HESS/Vibe+meeting+2020-0… In preparation for this vibe meeting I'd like to collect the topics (pls just edit them into the agenda on confluence) you envision for the tele AP Program, and also the (at least number of) walk-through (WT) talks from your AWG. Please be reminded that this tele AP Program should be not longer than 3 sessions (with ~2hrs/session), and we probably need one session's time for the WT talks. The aim of this AP Program should be (to my understanding) rather focused on informing the collaboration what's going on astrophysics-wise within HESS. Talks should ideally be not longer than 15'-20'. If time permits, it would be also good to continue with the MWL Board setup discussions. The MWL Board should ideally cover all wavebands, and accordingly should contain members that would be able to cover them. We have lots of expertise already within HESS-AP but still not all is covered. It would be helpful if you could propose colleagues (from HESS) for each waveband who would be able to cover what's missing.
