[Hess-ap] Meeting this Friday at 11:00 & ICRC abstracts

Dear WG conveners, First of all a reminder that I need to shift the HESS AP meeting to 11:00 (I may enter slightly late)! Secondly, the ICRC abstract submission deadline is extended to the 20th. However, some may want to submit earlier. We did not set a formal way for the go ahead. So to make things clear, I suggest the following: Within the WGs you discussed the ICRC suggestions. From this process it is clear who should write abstracts (and many are in place!) Now please go through the abstracts of your WG and approve, or reject, or make improvement suggestions. Also check the language of the text for clarity. Do not hesitate to involve someone else if you need some additional expertise. The approved abstract can have a green approved label. I will send a reminder to hess-active about this as well. Presenters/authors should add a “submitted” label under abstract, once they have submitted.
