Dear all - my apologies, I couldn't join on Friday. From the pbsm we have some updates:
 
 a) Most active project at this point: DM spikes around IMBH 
 b) WT presentation for IGS line search on May 26 
 c) Joint Dwarf spheroidal paper: just waiting for comments from the Fermi-LAT group(s)
 d) we have multiple groups engaged in analysing IGS data for various purposes. As Stefan Wagner had suggested during the last pbsm-call, we should have the involved people get together. In the pbsm, we are planning to have a discussion on DM searches with IGS data during the June call.

  • Welcome
  • ICRC Status:
    • Iterated that only those results can be shown for which realistically a paper is ready fro submission around ICRC meeting
    • Some contributions seem not to meet this criterion
    • All WG conveners check readiness of proposed ICRC contributions within their WGs
    • A new column is added "Approved by WG" to contribution table. Only those that are approved can be presented. See ICRC 2023 and other conferences in July/August 2023
  • Migration from Confluence to Wiki:
    • Will be completed by late autumn 2023
    • Migration handled by IT dept
    • Action will be required from institute leaders
    • WG conveners: may want to "clean up" their pages
    • Check out links to pre-2019 pages in old WG structure
    • Once migration completed: check all is well
    • Most of the above concerns the period after summer
  • Round of WGs:
    • CRsWG / Kathrin Egberts : 
      • electrons go well, very stable results, intense work, low systematics
      • paper draft preliminary stage
    • Diffuse WG/ Sabrina Casanova : 
      • No ICRC contributions from diffuse group 
      • All projects presented at HESS  Spring meeting
      • WT on molecular cloud expected → make sure not to interfere with WTs for ICRCs
    • Stellar WG/ Jonathan Mackey:
      • SS433 submitted to Scienc
      • Arache/Vela psr: nothing communicated yet to WG, Jonathan requested information
      • New WG meeting today: updates expected from B1259 and LMC projects
      • Eta Car: good progress
      • Westerlund 2: no news yet
      • Flares from microquasars: progresses well (presented at transients WG)
    • SNRPP/ Brian Reville :
      • No papers submitted lately
      • Papers by Tina Wach well advanced
      • Since joint stellar/SNRPP meetings: need to clarify for projects which WG 
      • New Galactic plane survey results: doubtful if ready for ICRC
        • Stefan: needs scrutiny from all HESS active
    • AGN/ Matteo Cerruti :
      • WG call will be this Monday
      • ICRC related:
        • New M87 paper is accepted and on ArXiv
        • M87 spectral paper: draft promised but not seen yet (resulted presented at HESS coll. meeting)
        • PKS 1510: draft went through collaboration review
      • Soon new draft expected on M87 MW campaign with EHT
      • OT 081: waiting for an updated from the MAGIC collaboration
    • MW/ Alicja Wierzcholska :
      • No major news
      • New A&R procedures regarding Fermi-LAT data well received

      • Not certain whether next call will be on June 9. AP dept will be informed later.
