[Hess-ap] Agenda Bordeaux collaboration meeting

Dear all, I would like to start to set up a preliminary agenda soon - just placing the different block sessions to start with. Can you please let me know 1 - if you as working group convener you have some constraint, e.g. if you cannot attend the meeting some days or half days (I already noted Matteo for the AGN session and Mathieu for the IT session) 2 - an estimation of the time needed for your session. 3 - any other specific request :-) Thank you very much in advance, see you soon in Bordeaux.
