Hi Jacco, hi all, Here is a quick summary of recent news related to the Transients WG: General news: * GW observations will stop Jan 16 and restart in March with all three major interferometers (incl. Virgo) * SVOM launch date has been fixed to June 24, 2024 (commissioning phase expected to last 2-3 months) * Einstein Probe was launched successfully on Jan 9; will distribute alerts but timescale is unclear * IceCube-240105A (relatively low significance Pastro=30% neutrino event) possibly correlated with flaring activity of PKS 0446+11 (GeV flare is already over + redshift z=2.153 => no H.E.S.S.
