[Hess-ap] Next HESS - AP Meeting & more

Dear All,    this is a note that the "Conferences and Talks" tables for the conferences in 2020 and 2021 has been copied to the main Astrophysics Department confluence page: https://hess-confluence.desy.de/confluence/display/HESS/Astrophysics+Depart… as decided at our last AP-meeting. Please check that in copying no errors have been introduced. Please also feel free to link these with your respective AWG confluence page, and announce this change at your next AWG meeting. I'd like to ask you to contribute keeping these tables updated, and also to ask you to encourage members of your respective AWG to present HESS results at conferences (as following our guidelines), be it a in-person or virtual conference. As also mentioned at the last AP-meeting I'd like to aim to have a fixed time slot for all AP-meetings from coming October onwards, and keep each meeting typically at ~1hour duration if possible. I'd suggest to meet every first week of each month.
