thanks to all who filled in the doodle already.
I'm aware of an issue that my mail was not distributed to the AP
conveners before today. Therefore, I prolong the deadline until
Wednesday, Oct. 28, noon.

as we have agreed, we will have an exchange of information between AP
conveners and OC members after proposal submission and before evaluation
by the OC. Besides E-Mails (or a secured confluence page), a common
telecon between the two groups will be organized.
To optimize attendance, Anita and I would like to freeze the date for
the telecon (that can only happen in the week of January 11-15, 2021)
already in the next days. A doodle for the possible dates is here:

It would be great if you (AP conveners and OC members) could fill this
in latest by beginnning of next week, i.e. until Monday, October 26,
