Dear AP conveners, dear OC colleagues,
thanks to all who marked their availability in the doodle.
Unfortunately, there is not a single slot where more than 5 AP conveners
can make it (Anita and I had some high hopes for the regular AP meeting
slot Fridays at 11, but the slot seems difficult as well from your choices).
From the two slots where only two AP conveners are missing (which are
also good for most OC members), I chose the earlier one, which will
permit us to do a little more communcation by mail after the call if needed.
So, the meeting time is fixed at
-> Wednesday, Jan 13, 2021, 3-5pm (CET)

Dear AP conveners, dear OC colleagues,
as we have agreed, we will have an exchange of information between AP
conveners and OC members after proposal submission and before
evaluation by the OC. Besides E-Mails (or a secured confluence page),
a common telecon between the two groups will be organized.
To optimize attendance, Anita and I would like to freeze the date for
the telecon (that can only happen in the week of January 11-15, 2021)
already in the next days. A doodle for the possible dates is here:

It would be great if you (AP conveners and OC members) could fill this
in latest by beginnning of next week, i.e. until Monday, October 26,
12am (noon).
