Thank you very much. Morning of Tue 9 Nov works for me for the Jets session. Michael Z.
and I are meeting today to build up plans for M87 and I might tentatively suggest we have
any M87-related talks on morning of Tue 9 Nov and then a breakout/discussion session at
the end of that morning. Will add to the Confluence accordingly when it is confirmed.
I’m afraid the CB clashes with teaching for me until 19:00 CET but I expect I will be able
to delegate, in case there are any significant matters, so I would not ask for any
re-scheduling there.

Thanks a lot for this first draft. Two comments from my side:
* I am unfortunately not available during most of the second week of the meeting and
would thus need to move the session on Transients to the first week. The current
constrains put forward by the talk requests listed on the dedicated AP confluence
page<https://hess-confluence.desy.de/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=HESS&title=Astrophysics+Sessions+for+Autumn+2021+Collaboration+Meeting>
are compatible with having the session on Friday, Nov. 5 (the afternoon seems still empty
and could thus possibly be used without moving other sessions?).
* We also had discussed to have a highlight session on novae incl. an invited speaker
(do you have news on the speaker as discussed during the last Transients WG meeting?) and
a report about the HESS observations of RS Ophiuchi (for which I got the agreement by
Alison).

so far I have not received many suggestions for new elements in the agenda
of the collaboration meeting or any specifics in the planning if sessions.
To proceed, I distributed sessions essentially in a similar fashion as in
the April meeting, see

with 2 slots each for the operations/instruments and IT/analysis talks,
respectively, and 1 slot each for the 6 WGs in astrophysics. This is very
broad-brush, and I assume, eg., that we might have more talks in certain
astrophysics WGs than in others.
Nonetheless I'd like to ask all of you whether there are conflicts with
the current allocation of DAYS for your sessions asap. I would also like
to ask for your requests of total times by Friday this week.
Communications is setting up gather-town for meeting rooms, but I very
much encourage all groups to suggest specific meetings in the confluence
page. To get started, I listed one mtg. here.
In case any group plans a walk-through, I suggest to use Friday, November
5, when we would have ample time.
