thanks for voting. It looks like there is a tendency
to have our
next AP-call on 9th April (instead Good Friday).
One of us has a problem with the time slot. Therefore I'd like to ask everybody
whether it is possible for you to shift the 9th April meeting by 30min, so starting at
11:30am?
11:30 is fine with me (or equally bad if you want :-))
Spring Collaboration Meeting (CM):
I would further like to remind you about the deadline for talk requests for our upcoming
CM,

the deadline (8 April) being before the next AP-call.
This means in particular, that by our next AP-call you/it should be clear which topics
(& to which extend) from your WG are going to be presented at the CM.
To facilitate the planning of the CM's AP-program it would be good to get feedback
from you already by the end of this week (2nd April) on:
1) AP-program block within the CM preferably
- rather beginning of CM (sessions somewhere 19.-23.4.)?
- rather end of CM (sessions somewhere 26.-30.4. excluding 27.4.)?
Pls vote.
I would rather go for the latest date, that might increase the chances that they
re-open schools/kitas again.
2) Session times:
10:30-12:00 and 14:00-15:30 ok?
Any needs to change here?

3) Requested hours:
Roughly,
- how many ordinary talk requests (same modus as at the autumn CM)
are you expecting from your WG?
- How many WT-requests?
(This is only to get an idea whether the time distribution among the
departments need to be changed significantly, or can roughly stay as
were in the past.)
The only WT we could think about to schedule is the Vela TeV pulsar, but I am not sure we
will have the A&R sorted out by then. I remind you it was already done, but I still
need to recover the reports. There are two more ICRC talks that should go through WT,
J1908 and Westerlund 1. Regarding the second, I am confident the project will be ready
before the ICRC, the first might be also, but I dont think it will be ready for a WT in
2/3 weeks.
I would like to discuss with Jacco about the talks since some of them are shared, but I
guess we should expect more or less the same amount that the last meeting.
