[Hess-ap] next OC meeting

Dear all, the next OC meeting will be held on*November 6* from 14:00 to 18:00 (CET) and *November 8* from 9:00 to 13:00 (CET). These are the only slots when all OC members could in the end be present together with Andreas from SciOps. We will have to be efficient. At the physics conveners : you are invited to participate in a one hour discussion at the beginning of the OC meeting  (Monday 6) to briefly discuss the general priorities and science goals of your working group during the remaining time of HESS operations. Please let us know quickly if you will be present. Part was presented during the last collaboration meeting in Bordeaux but you may want to emphasise some topics.
