Dear Katherine, Thank you for your kind reply. Indeed, during the WT, the final results should already be presented. However, it happens that some suggestions are made or some issues are raised that need some time to be implemented. Hence, this month between "Deadline for WT talk of new results to be shown" and "Deadline for internal circulation of conference material to the collaboration" is, first, in case more work is needed after the WT and finalise the results, and second, to prepare the slides and the proceedings to be circulated before the second deadline. I think that the the deadline to submit the conference material to the ICRC is usually before the conference itself. However this deadline is not published yet, so we estimate it to be around the 19th July, based on the ICRC 2021. I hope it helps, do not hesitate if you have follow up remarks. I think it’s a very good idea to fix the schedule early in time so everybody can prepare accordingly. Your deadlines seem conservative, which is a good thing as we all know that people tend to postpone to the last moment. I have one question regarding the time between WT and circulation to the collaboration, which is currently 1 month: I understand correctly that at the WT the final results should already be presented, right? So that would give the people a full month to prepare the contribution, once everything is supposed to be fixed? Has the deadline for the conference material to be submitted to the ICRC always been that early (sorry, I can’t remember from last years)? All the best, Kathrin
