we are planning the transition of all the video conferences within H.E.S.S. from Vibe/eZuce to Zoom in the coming months (deadline is the end of the year from when the Vibe contract will be discontinued). We would therefore encourage you to start scheduling your HESS-related meetings already now using Zoom. 

For those who do not have a Zoom license available from their host institute/university, we will provide access to a common license for WG/Department leads which allows up to 300 participants. In this case, please contact me and Stefan Ohm to obtain access information.
