Dear All,
thank you to those you have filled in the poll below. Unfortunately, it
seems many of you are not available the week 11 - 14 Aug, which is why I
have extended the poll by 2 more weeks.

The AP-meeting is still planned back-to-back with the MWLB-meeting, if
possible; so please ignore any apparent overlap of the given dates with
the dates of the MWLB-meeting poll.
May I ask you kindly to fill in the extended poll as soon as possible,
but at the latest by 9 Aug (to facilitate planning).
