Dear All,
the initial draft of the AP-program for the HESS-collaboration
meeting changed a bit (to make room for a "meet-and-greet"-session for
new colleagues to the HESS collaboration):

Please check out whether the slightly changed order of the
talks/sessions fit into your schedule. Instead of 2 x 30min time slots
on new proposals 2021 I now made room for several dedicated 12min time
slots. Please use these to present your AWG's view & ideas for the
upcoming proposal season. The HESS future discussion will take place in
a dedicated afternoon session on 10 Nov (Tue). For this purpose please
be reminded to fill in the table on:

There will be also virtual coffee break (zoom) rooms available for
chatting to each other in a more informal way in between the morning and
afternoon sessions. Each such room is devoted to a certain topic. More
technical information will be provided soon.

Your feedback on this proposed program would be very much appreciated.
In particular, if you would like to propose any changes for the order
of the presentations, times, etc. At the moment the program is
unfortunately a bit unbalanced as you can see; but I hope for one or
the other talk(s) to come in that could fill in into session 6.
It seems to me that the requested talks are not so much discussing
proposal ideas for the upcoming season, so I have 2x30' slots foreseen
where such observation proposal ideas could be presented/discussed by
the conveners.
For the HESS-XX discussion at the virtual collaboration meeting I
would like to remind you to fill in table

Pls also have a look at the first agenda point in the minutes where I
collected your comments on the OC document/suggestions from the OC
for the upcoming proposal evaluation procedures. I hope I didn't
forget anything or misinterpreted. If so, pls feel free to add/modify
accordingly. It could serve as useful input for the next OC meeting
(taking place next Tuesday; however, I won't be able to join due to
teaching duties) where I expect this to be a brief agenda item.
