Apologies that I missed the last call, I had to take a little bit of leave. I guess a direct swap with the Jets session doesn’t help, as it is scheduled for Thur afternoon.

I note that we have only 3 requests for talks from Jets next week, but there is also a request for a breakout session. So on the face of it I think it would be sensible to keep those together on the Thursday afternoon slot, rather than having a merger with another session on another day. But if anyone has any ingenious solutions, I would be happy to discuss,

Hi all,

I just found the page with a preliminary block agenda for the upcoming collaboration meeting. At the moment the session on Transients is scheduled for Thursday (April 28, mornin). Unfortunately I will most probably not be available on that day. Would someone be OK to swap his/her session with this one? Both Tuesday and Wednesday work fine for me…

Maybe other have similar issues? If not, we could then fill the registered talk into the various sessions and inform the speakers.
