Dear Anita, all, Please might I suggest a couple of items for discussion on Monday. I’ll put these as short items on the Confluence agenda but here’s some detail ahead of the meeting: 1. Scheduling – I see the SS433 observations as having a scientific priority in the Jets WG, and I imagine we might be able to increase the chances of getting more category-B observations if we look at, e.g., possibilities for getting more from moonlight observing. How might the AP department contribute to this? 2. Within the AP department, what is the best way for us to generate and nurture new scientific activities? We have a wealth of historical data, for example, that I am sure has a lot of valuable science in it. How do we incentive teams within the collaboration to undertake new work with existing data? (And how best to interlock this with MWL archives?
