[Hess-ap] HESS collaboration meeting

Dear all, we will have our 1st semester 2021 collaboration meeting in the last two weeks of April. There was a wide support to use the same format as last time: 7 sessions 10:30 - 12:00 7 sessions 14:00 - 15:30 breakout rooms after all sessions (which would also allow for specific subgroup meetings). We have not yet finalized the exact days but should do so very soon. Could you please check whether there are any conflicts or other reasons to favor certain days for the 2*7 sessions? A DESY confluence outage on 27.04.2021 suggests that this date should be avoided, if possible. Please consider whether you anticipate an amount of time for your group that is substantially different from the allocation during the last meeting and discuss this within the departments. @ Astrophysics groups: We would like to make sure that ICRC contributions will be ready (with an advanced manuscript of a publication). All contributions that have not yet had (or are scheduled to have) a walk-through talk should present a status update during the meeting. The decisions on contributions are due April 1 and will hopefully not be confused with April fool's day mails. Best regards, Stefan
