Please feel free to add/modify where you find appropriate.
Pls also have a look at the first agenda point in the minutes where I
collected your comments on the OC document/suggestions from the OC for
the upcoming proposal evaluation procedures. I hope I didn't forget
anything or misinterpreted. If so, pls feel free to add/modify
accordingly. It could serve as useful input for the next OC meeting
(taking place next Tuesday; however, I won't be able to join due to
teaching duties) where I expect this to be a brief agenda item.
