I apologize if you received this message more than once, there was some confusion in the mailing lists.

Proposals are due  by October 16, 2023.  For a start in December and allow enough time to SciOps to prepare the long term schedule we need to meet the week November 6 to 10, or beginning of the following week at the latest.

Although November may seem a long way off, agendas are filling up fast and we need to find 1 1/2 days for ranking and a time for working groups to present their expectations. So please, do fill the doodle https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/bmyl75Ab  by Wednesday October 4.

For those who have already done so, check that you also filled for the 2 days of extension from the original schedule.
