Dear Stefan,
thanks for advancing the organisation of the upcoming collaboration
meeting. As Fabian pointed out the AP department is collecting talk
suggestions at:
https://hess-confluence.desy.de/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=H…
with deadline coming Friday, i.e. by Friday we should have a total
account of our total times needed at the collaboration meeting. So far
your proposed distribution of AP sessions is compatible with the notes
made on above mentioned confluence page, except for the Transients (see
Fabian's notes).
Is the time for the highlight session already fixed? (I presume it
depends on the schedule of the external speaker.)

with 2 slots each for the operations/instruments and IT/analysis talks,
respectively, and 1 slot each for the 6 WGs in astrophysics. This is very
broad-brush, and I assume, eg., that we might have more talks in certain
astrophysics WGs than in others.
Nonetheless I'd like to ask all of you whether there are conflicts with
the current allocation of DAYS for your sessions asap. I would also like
to ask for your requests of total times by Friday this week.
Communications is setting up gather-town for meeting rooms, but I very
much encourage all groups to suggest specific meetings in the confluence
page. To get started, I listed one mtg. here.
In case any group plans a walk-through, I suggest to use Friday, November
5, when we would have ample time.
