Dear AP conveners, following the proposal evaluation by the OC during the OC meeting last week in Heidelberg, preparation of the LTS is ongoing. Only then final results (i.e. if a program will be scheduled and with what priority) will be known. At the same time, we are preparing responses to the respective proposal PIs. It was mentioned on several occasions, but may not have reached all of you: AP conveners had been invited to the OC evaluation for very good reasons, but the OC meeting as such is considered confidential. Feedback to the proposers should only come through the feedback by the OC. This is to avoid the danger of non-coherent feedback, and also to avoid serving proposers on different timescales.
