Dear WG leaders, I will be on vacation starting this Thursday, for three weeks. There will, therefore, not be an AP meeting this Friday. I will be back by the 2nd Friday of August (August 11). If you have any urgent matters, please raise them before Thursday. There was one lingering question raised recently: the authorship of ICRC contributions. It is not clear whether the ICRC wil change its policy, but in all likelihood authorship will be handled the same way as last ICRC, following the format Author1, Author2, …, on behalf of the H.E.S.S. collaboration. At the end of the proceedings paper there will be a list of all H.E.S.S. members. So there is no opt-in procedure from out side! Best regards, Jacco
