Hence, this month between "Deadline for WT talk of new results to be shown" and "Deadline for internal circulation of conference material to the collaboration" is, first, in case more work is needed after the WT and finalise the results, and second, to prepare the slides and the proceedings to be circulated before the second deadline. I think that the the deadline to submit the conference material to the ICRC is usually before the conference itself. However this deadline is not published yet, so we estimate it to be around the 19th July, based on the ICRC 2021. I hope it helps, do not hesitate if you have follow up remarks. So that would give the people a full month to prepare the contribution, once everything is supposed to be fixed?
