[Hess-ap] URGENT - next round HESS proposals

Dear all, I apologize if you received this message more than once, there was some confusion in the mailing lists. Proposals are due  by *October 16, 2023*.  For a start in December and allow enough time to SciOps to prepare the long term schedule we need to meet the week*November 6 to 10*, or beginning of the following week at the latest. Although November may seem a long way off, agendas are filling up fast and we need to find 1 1/2 days for ranking and a time for working groups to present their expectations.
