Hi all,
In 2021, indeed the HESS proceedings had the full author list at the end:
Some had incomplete ones, e.g.
which
has the full Ice Cube author
list but not HESS, VERITAS , MAGIC & FACT.
With the optin procedure, the author list is generated on the fly from
the master table:
May be Ramin can generate a full author list?

Hi Fabian, all,
In this case, I agree with Mathieu that it would be the most efficient
procedure to not add a full author list to each individual proceedings
paper, but just state “for the H.E.S.S. collaboration”, with the full
collaboration author list published separately.
Best regards,
Markus

Hi,
I don’t think that the author lists are added automatically to the
proceedings. All other collaborations that I am aware of are producing
dedicated LaTeX files with the “Full Authors List” section to be
included in the proceedings manually.
At least for the contributions I am directly involved in, we do not
plan to submit an updated version. Especially the contribution signed
by IceCube, MAGIC, VERITAS, FACT, Fermi-LAT and us will only be
submitted once. We need to submit this final version (including the
final authorlists) for final green light to the various collaboration
today.
Cheers,
Fabian

Dear Fabian,
I understood things a bit differently.
To me, we can write in the author section \onbehalf{for the
H.E.S.S. Collaboration}
and then
%% Full authors list (ONLY FOR COLLABORATIONS)
\clearpage
\section*{Full Authors List: H.E.S.S. Collaboration}
And then the list of authors will be generated from the xml file
directly.
Is that not correct?
Moreover we have until August 10 to submit the final version. We
can probably solve the author list issue for the second iteration,
right?

Mathieu

Dear all,
The deadline for submitting the ICRC2023 proceedings is
extremely close now (tomorrow, Tuesday, July 18). For the
submission we need to add the full H.E.S.S. collaboration
authorlist to each proceedings. Can you please tell me where
to find the relevant LaTeX file?
Thanks a lot!
Fabian
P.S.: The collaboration authorlist also needs to be submitted
in an XML form to be used in the DOI of the publications.
