Dear All,
Given that we cannot all make it I decided to to have a meeting tomorrow at 10:00, in
which I will discuss the HESS Spring meeting and scheduling talks.
The reason is that Jonathan can then make it.
I will in addition be online Friday at 9:00 (so earlier!!!) to have a quick chat with
those not present tomorrow. This is a sort of open door meeting.
Both will just be practical meetings, dealing with selecting the talks and making a
schedule for the Ireland meeting.
I will also probe you about some highlights that I can advertise in my talk.

which can be modified if needed:
+ The first bus won't be able to leave the airport until ~12pm on Monday
based on the arrival times, and will take most of the people. About 10
will arrive between 12:00-13:30 and will come on a later bus, missing
some of the first session.
+ I suggest we have a flexible soup+sandwiches lunch on arrival at 2pm,
plus reception, and start the meeting at 3pm.

15:00-16:30 - session 1
16:30-17:00 - tea/coffee

08:00 or 08:30 and/or finishing a bit later).

Dear Jonathan, Jacco, all,
I will miss today's meeting - and will at best be calling late to the
Friday meeting - being aboard flights at both times.
We have requests for a total of 1 day from the IT and Ops departments and
status updates. We will probably need another 2h for reports.
This leaves about 14h by Jonathan's schedule for the AP working groups.
In case we need more, we will make use of Jonathan's options. Bear in
mind, however, that we very much want to encourage live presentations,
given by the team leaders, team members of members of the tam leaders'
group. Remote presentations would share whatever time is left and might be
shortened to an abstract - allowing for discussion while requesting full
presentations to be pre-recorded. In case you plan any WG overview tasks
please make sure that they are given in person in any case. In case the
convener cannot be present, it should be given by some other member of
that WG.
While walk-through talks should be given priority (and time), walk-through
talks by speakers who cannot be present should be advanced to the week
before or postponed to the week after the mtg - A > 30 min walk-through
talk via zoom is extremely annoying for people who travel to the meeting.
Please make sure that we will have a meeting program on confluence by
early next week. In the past is was most efficient to have the programs
be filled in by the working group convenors.

thanks for clarifying, and I agree with all your point.
On my side, (and possibly several others) it would be really helpful to
know the outcome of the legacy program review in preparation. I thought
this was finalised already end of Feb? Or did I misremember?
