In order to get back to work I would like to have the kick off meeting this Friday, Sept 2, 9:30 till ~11:00. The reason to get going is that we need to discuss quite some issues in time: * -We need to setup the coming collaboration meeting. * - The current WG structure and leadership was set up for the first extension. So it is time to evaluate this. Do we want to redistribute certain subtopics differently between groups, * create new groups or merge existing groups, which topics are relevant for forthcoming HESS science and are not properly covered by an existing group? * - Also the current term for the OC is ending and it would be good to discuss its composition The Agenda for the AP meeting will be: * -Welcome * -Short announcements/news * -The upcoming collaboration meeting * -Discussion on WG structure/convenership * -Discussion on the OC composition * -AOB * -Closing Please indicate whether you are able to join.
