yes, indeed. This is my understanding, too. I counted
15 topics in total. Depending on how long the talk per topic approximately will be, one
could schedule typically 1 talk per topic, in very few special cases 2 talks (not more,
please) per topic. At the moment, something like 8,5-9hrs in total for this "Session
2" are foreseen. It would be good to know by Tuesday evening if our required total
time for this Session 2 is significantly more or less than these ~9hours, so that I can
inquire accordingly at the Wednesday EC-meeting whether some shifts in the collaboration
meeting schedule are possible.
I presume that Dieter is just finalizing the PBSM-contribution to the AP-program at the
collaboration meeting.
I take that sentence as hint that there is indeed an AP-program beyond the topics we
identified during the F2F meeting and will therefore ask for contributions from the
Transient group (hopefully until Wednesday).
Cheers,
Fabian
All the best,
Anita

during the F2F meeting to define the most important topics to be discussed during the
Obergurgl meeting (represented by the list put together by Emma) and then ask the
different WGs and task forces to propose speakers for these talks. Is this correct? Or, as
I understand Dieter, is there still time for contributed talks proposed by members of the
different WGs?
