Dear All,
From the doodle it is clear that Tuesday morning is the best slot to have the HESS AP meeting. The only exception is Brian, and I have not received a reply from
Dieter. But that won’t change the outcome.
For me the restrictions are for February and March, so we can reschedule from April on again. @brian: I think it best that for the coming meeting Jonathan also represent SNRPP in the call.
The first meeting from now will be February 13, the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10:00 (which is easier for Jonathan).
All the best,
Jacco

Dear WG conveners,
Here an update on the transfer from confluence to xwiki. The xwiki server chosen is xwikiJS (JS for javascript).
The idea is that once we know that the transfer went well, which may already be tomorrow, the current confluence service will move within one week to read only.
All active members are then required to start using xwikijs. This could already be in 1 to 2 weeks. Confluence is thought to stop at Feb 15. But it may well be that it will be extended.
Certainly if migration issues arise.
More details will follow. For now as WG conveners it is good to keep an eye on projects that have some sort of deadline in the coming weeks. Alert the project leaders if that is the case, so that they can take measures to keep the workflow smooth. If you have some concerns about these projects, let me and Stefan know.
Best,
Jacco
Dear All,
It looks like the Friday morning is more and more a bad time slot for the HESS AP meeting, with some of you not being able to come at all for the short term future.
Unfortunately, from February on I will be teaching on Monday and Thursday. So that leaves only Tuesday and Wednesday. I prefer an early slot, as the chance of clashes with other events is smallest.
Wednesday is not ideal as there are the HESS-EC meetings, but since the AP meeting is once a month should not be too much a of a problem.
So could you please indicate your availability: Tuesday and/or Wednesday morning?
Best,
Jacco

Dear All,
My apologies for those who logged into the zoom last Friday! You were right, that was the 2nd Friday of the month.
However, two thing happened: I couldn’t make it due to a national meeting, but my email detailing this got stuck, and then Friday I got covid19,
and couldn’t make it to the national meeting after all and was too sick to check the zoom.
Today I am feeling better, but I will work from home.
Anyway, we will have the meeting this Friday instead. The connection is as usual:

Dear All,
Thank you for your reactions. There is no ideal slot, but based on it I decided to have the next AP meeting in two weeks from now, October 20, 10:00.
For several of you Friday mornings are (sometimes) problematic, now or in the future. So it would be good to discuss potential other days/times.
Agenda and contacts can be found here: https://hess-confluence.desy.de/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=592…
